In regards to the current outbreak of the Coronavirus COVID-19 Pandemic, we are taking every precaution necessary to ensure the safety of both our team and our customers. We continue to follow all HSE guidelines and we encourage you to do the same.
We have put the following measures in place.
Customer Visits and Parts Collection
For the safety of our team and our customers, we wish to encourage social distancing on our premises. Therefore, we ask that our customers, where possible, to call ahead so we can prepare your order and organise to have your parts placed outside the building for your collection.
Currently, our delivery service is operating as normal and you should not experience any delays. However, due to the unpredictable nature at this time, this may change over the coming weeks.
Agriculture is not a sector that can simply be put on hold and so we aim to be here to help you with your every need over the coming season. At this time, our supply chain has not been affected. However, due to the uncertainty of the times ahead, this may change and we would encourage all our customers to order parts now to guarantee delivery before the season begins.
We would also like to assure our customers that we will continue to operate as normal as long it is safe to do so for both our team and our customers.
If this situation is to change and the office is to close, a contingency plan is currently being put in place to allow our sales team to continue working from home and individual contact details will be made available.
